You guys asked for it so here we go!!🌱🌱2 WEEK PLANT-BASED HEALTH BOOST Challenge 🌱🌱 Beginning next Monday 23rd!!! I’ve teamed up with my amazing @rawandfree to provide amazing info on IMMUNE supporting superfoods, how to use them as well as ideas on how to boost your health when feeling under the weather!!I’ve been studying super hard as a health coach and you guys know I’m very passionate when it comes to plant-based living!☘️And her,my amazing Sophie Is one of my fav plant-based girls who knows a lot about health(she healed herself trough plant based dieting)and cooks the most delicious recipes you can imagine so together we’ve put up an incredible FREE 2 weeks ebook with inmune boosting recipes and advices for you guys✨!! PLUS an incredible and qualified naturopath @powerofnature.nz jumped onboard to provide advice on supporting our immunity with foods and herbs!! Jodie has SO much wisdom on the body🔆On top of all this @rawandfree and myself will be doing this challenge with you, along with our families – we’ll be sharing any tips or advice along the way WOHOOO!! And a big shout out to @timlivingston who has kindly offered to help format this together in only a few days notice for all of you guys!!💟 @rawandfree and I wanted to work hard over the next few days so we can get this out to you all by this FRIDAY 20th!!! This will give you the weekend to get supplies, and prepare to begin on Monday 23rd!! We will be including about 30 + easy, simple & healthy plant-based, gluten free recipes and will create an easy to follow 2 week meal plan for you! We’re in a time in the world where we need to focus on our health, eat well and improve our immunity – diet has a huge part in our overall health, well being and resilience!! This challenge involves cutting out the highly processed junky foods and EATING MORE HEALTHY WHOLEFOODS including loads of FRUIT and VEGETABLES… and snacking on wholesome, unprocessed choices!! It’s time to alkaline your body, let food be thy medicine and look ones self!! Grab a neighbor,a family member,a friend and let’s do this together!!
